Scrollbars That Are Not Needed
Problem
Not only does Lotus Notes not display proportional scrollbars, it displays them even if they are not needed. Here's an example that uses the image from the Drag and Drop Text example.

Show scroll bars only when needed.

- Interface does not follow established conventions because scroll bars appears when they are not needed.
